PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING

The terms and conditions of service for the Maintenance Services, to be provided to the Client by SJP, will be governed by the Master Services Agreement and the Licence Agreement to be entered into between the Client and SJP.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions the Client agrees to enter into the required agreements and execute the required documents in the format prescribed in Annexure 1 to these Terms and Conditions.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions the Client acknowledges that the Client has read the format of the Maintenance Services Agreement and understands all the terms and conditions set out therein, which govern the terms of engagement of the Client with SJP.
The Client acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between the Client and SJP. The consideration for the Maintenance Services will be paid by the Client to SJP upon acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
On acceptance of these Terms and Conditions the Client agrees to pay the Maintenance Fees as set out in the Enrolment Form through the Online Payment Gateway.
On receipt of the Maintenance Fees, SJP shall execute the Master Services Agreement and Licence Agreement and send hard copies of these agreements to the Client.
The Client shall, upon receipt of the Master Services Agreement and the Licence Agreement, promptly execute the same and intimate SJP of such execution.
Notwithstanding the provisions of Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions, by accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client accepts that the liability of SJP will commence upon execution of the Master Services Agreement and the Licence Agreement by the Client in the manner prescribed above and in accordance with the Master Services Agreement.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions the Client acknowledges that the Client has read the Privacy Policy, available at: sjpromaan.com, and accepts any terms and conditions as may be set out in such Privacy Policy.
Any capitalized term used in these Terms and Conditions but not defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Master Services Agreement.
